There are some devices installed on the laptop available for Windows 10, but from what I see, Windows 10 compatibility is found on Dell. There is a website called Atheros.CZ where you can usually check for compatibility of various Atheros devices (wireless, LAN, Blueooth).
My Dell desktop came bundled with Atheros Bluetooth Suite 64. I presently have no use for this program. If I install it, and later change my mind, will I be able to reinstall it?

If it's a built-in component, then yes you can install it later from the CD that arrived with your computer or from Dell Support. Keep in mind that if you need Bluetooth support, you will have to actually keep the driver and software installed.
I need to integrate Bluetooth driver for AR6233G Atheros in Linux kernel. I am not sure that there is a driver for this already available. Can you provide more information about this matter?

If you are looking for a driver for the AR6233G device, you need to visit the official download website from Qualcomm. There is the only place from where you can download drivers for that kind of device. After you accessed the site mentioned, you can search for the mentioned device manually or enter its ID key. If you can't find the driver there, the developer probably discontinued it or it wasn't released yet. For further information and support, use the Support section from the same site.
